    • Born in Toronto, Ontario, and is of Nigerian descent.
    • Started out playing basketball for fun, his main sport was track and field.
    • Growing up in Toronto, he was inspired by Vince Carter to pursue basketball.
    • First dunked at the age of 11.
    • Was first discovered in a high school game at Chaminade College School in Toronto, Ontario in his freshman year. 
    • Less than a year later, he transferred to Flint Northwestern High School in Flint, Michigan.
    • Ranked as the 7th best player in the country by ESPN. 
    • Tore his ACL in a high school game.
    • Invited to the 2003 McDonald’s All-American Game — the very first Canadian to do so, but did not play due to injury.
    • Has represented team Canada four times — was on the 2009 team that finished fourth in the FIBA Americas Championship.
    • Represented Canada in the 2008 Olympics, where he played against NBA superstars such as Kobe Bryant, Carmelo Anthony, Dwayne Wade, and Lebron James.
    • Attended St. Wilfred Elementary School.
  • Professional Career

    • Signed by the Scarborough Shooting Stars of the CEBL on May 12, 2022.
    • Before joining the Scarborough squad, he last played with the Edmonton Stingers of the CEBL who participated in the 2021–22 BCL Americas.
    • Appeared in two games with Edmonton in the Americas competition and scored an average of 8.5 points and 3.0 rebounds in 17 minutes per game.
    • In 2021, returned for his third season the Guelph Nighthawks of the CEBL, where he appeared in seven games and averaged 6.3 points, while shooting 43.8 percent from the field and 47.7 percent from three.
    • In 2020, played in seven games (two starts) in his second year with the Nighthawks — averaged 7.1 points per game and shot 43.6 percent from the field, 28.6 % from 3 pt. range, and 91% (10-for-11).  
    • Played for the Kitchener-Waterloo Titans in NBL Canada during the 2019-20 season — averaged 7.6 points and 3.6 rebounds in 25 games (9 starts).
    • Led the Nighthawks in steals for the 2019 season at 1.6 per game, to go along with averages of 15.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.4 assists.
    • He shot 45.1 percent from the field and 41.9 percent from three — made 54 three-pointers on the season.
    • Was named Guelph Nighthawks MVP in the 2019 season. 
    • Signed with the Cape Brighton Highlanders in NBL Canada during the 2018-19 season — averaged 8.1 points and 3.7 rebounds in 30 games (19 starts).
    • In August 2016, signed with Quilmes de Mar del Plata of the Liga Nacional de Básquet in Argentina and played 10 games.
    • Signed with the St. John Riptide for the 2016-17 NBL season, where he averaged 10.2 points and 3.8 rebounds in 40 games.
    • Before that, also played with St. John Riptide for the 2015-16 season — turned in 8.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in 21 games played.
    • Was with the Island Storm for the NBL Canada’s 2014-15 season with averages of 5.5 points and 3.3 rebounds in 38 games.
    • Played with the Halifax Hurricanes in the NBL Canada (35 games, 13.5 points, 6.1 rebounds) in the 2013-14 season.
    • Had stints playing in Turkey, Germany, France, and Ukraine.
    • Signed with the San Antonio Spurs in 2006, however, was waived prior to the start of the season.
    • Averaged 11.6 points and 5.4 rebounds in 45 games (27 starts) with the Arkansas Rim Rockers in the NBA D-League’s 2006-07 season. 
    • Led the team in rebounds with 242 on the season.
    • Also played with the Rim Rockets for the 2005-06 season — averaged 6.8 points and 2.7 rebounds in 16.5 minutes per game while shooting .513 (122-238) from the field.
    • Invited to training camp with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2005.
    • Played four preseason games with the Sixers, where he averaged 4.5 points and 2.0 rebounds.
    • Declared for the NBA Draft in 2005 but went undrafted.
  • Collegiate Career

    • Played two seasons at the University of Arkansas.
    • In his sophomore season, he averaged 9.4 points and 4.2 rebounds while shooting 43.8 percent from the field and 39.3 percent from three.
    • Averaged 7.0 points and 3.5 rebounds in his freshman season.
    • Earned All-Southeastern Conference Freshman honors.
